Hotel, Venue, Facilities
Hotel Amber is a hotel located just a short car ride west of Gdansk Glowny Main Train Station. The hotel offers 113 spots for sleeping in all room types. The hotel has a lobby, restaurant, spa and 3 floors with smoking boxes on each floor. The convention takes place in the entirety of the hotel, with the basement offering 3 large conventions halls. On this basement floor, there are toilets and a lift going up to the lobby and all of the floors for easier convenience, and a staircase for going up and down as well. You can access the garden through these underground halls.
Travel to the Hotel
Attendees can travel to Hotel Amber for Pawska through several travel means. There are Taxi's at Gdansk Main station, but Uber's are cheaper and pre-paid. There are also several buses going to the street Hotel Amber is located on. For example, if travelling from Gdansk Main station (Bus Stop, Dworzec Glowny) they can take the bus to Amber's closest stop - Wyczolkowkiego with the following buses: N6, N16, etc.

What is Pawska? - Pawska is a brand new 3 day furry convention in Gdansk, Poland.
When should I arrive? - The main days of the convention are the 28,29, and 30th of November. There are 3 Full days of convention, including the last day, meaning if you'd like to attend all the standard days, you will book your room from 28th November to 1st of December. Extra days can also be added during registration if needed.
What is there to do at Pawska? - Due to the massive venue we hired, we can offer our attendees a Dealers Den, Dancefloor, Relax Zone, and several panels and events to attend to keep yourself busy. You can also book the Spa during your stay to give yourself some much needed relaxation.
Do I need to book a room to attend Pawska? - Individuals living in Gdansk are allowed to buy a confee ticket without needing to book a stay in the hotel. However - having a room booked at the convention gives you a much greater experience versus having to travel back and forward from your house to the convention. It is compulsory to book a room for Pawska for attendees living outside of Gdansk, and can easily be done via our form where you can book the type of room that you want.
How does registration work? - On our Registration day, visit this website and go to the 'Registration - Pawska' webpage. On here, a form will appear for you to put in your information and to pay for your confee. Here you can add a sponsor and choose how you'd like to pay.
You will get an e-mail confirming your Registration, and if there are rooms left over in main, you will be sent a 2nd form to fill out with all of the room information. Only 1 person is responsible for filling this form in for the entirety of the occupants in the room. Make sure you talk with your roomies about how many days you will be staying, if you will be adding breakfast and any other details we ask. After this, we will send you another e-mail to confirm your booking. Please be aware that you may not get your room of choice if it is no longer available anymore, and you will be given the next best option.
Is Pawska Fursuit Friendly? - Absolutely! There is a lot of floor space plus a patio to go explore. and since we have rooms on-site and we will have a Fursuit Lounge with fans, ice cold water and fursuit reparation materials, it is absolutely worth to take your fursuit with you, as we will be extremely accommodating for that.
I don't speak Polish and/I am not Polish, does that matter? - Absolutely not! The event will be multi-language (English and Polish) and signage and registration and everything else will be in both languages and staff on site can speak both languages as well. We will also be very accommodating for people outside of Poland and try to help you on how to get here if you are coming from over the border somewhere.
